As much as i love t9’s, i dont like that one. Overdone and overpriced imho.

 

Ugly....as much as i like special - that just doesn't do it.

 

Bah, single pair of front vents. Next!

 

It would be better if they got rid of the tat they've bolted on it then paint it a proper colour.

 

Its an engineering masterpiece and 143kg/170bhp is impressive, i just dont like some of the styling choices...

I really dont like the tail unit, the mesh colour and the lack of air deflectors. The frame, swing arm, wheels and tank are amazing, just need some colour. 749/999 is my favourite bike but i think id buy a 999r and a desmo if i had that kind of cash.

 

I put it in the same category of standing behind a cow on a stool and having rudeness with it...just because you can, it doesn't mean you should.

 

+1 The early models of the 749 999 looked better with the extra vents... @Cream_Revenge That's a really really old post... well its double in price since I last saw it...

I don't think it would be half as bad if they'd of just painted it and not used red anodised tat.

 

^^^ That's just saying if we just nitromorse (the paint work) a motorcycle with carbon fibre fairing either being road or race fairing it not that make of bike anymore...






Sorry folks as from WDW2018 we don't have Garage Competition Tent cause you have heavily modified your ducati's we find (the committee) that your bike is not a ducati...

 

But it's not: it's a Carbo Tech with a 999 engine, the same as a Bimota DB1 etc is a Bimota and a Harris is a Harris etc etc etc
