Hello, I'm a newbie to the forum having just scratched a 20 year itch and bought an 848 Evo! I've a couple of fairly simple questions that I'm hoping someone my be able to give me some direction with.....I've a very small patch of corrosion on the rear of the engine casing behind the shock, it's nothing terrible so I wouldn't even consider engine out etc....is there a way of keeping this at bay / dealing with it in situ? I'd also like some frame plugs just to finish it off....any suggestions? Thanks to anyone who may be able to give me some advice on this Mark
A site sponsor has lots of nice options for the frame plugs, with regards to the engine finish, some heat resistant spray matched in colour could be a good shout but for the moment I would coat it with ACF50 and get a really good hugger, the rear end of the engine takes a lot of abuse!
