I have a copy of that very book, but didn't pay anywhere near that amount for it a couple of years ago
I didn't think the 2005 was terribly rare or valuable, but maybe it is now. The 1998 and 2006 ones were the rocking horse poo/expensive ones. Although the 2005 in red with the shotgun exhaust on the front does seem to be the most desirable of that particular year
