So a member posts some bling in the for sale section, the admin god then comes along before anyone else has a chance to offer, pm's said seller about the items then before anyone else has a real chance closes the thread thereby forcing the said seller into a sale as no one else can properly advise the seller of their own interest. Is this an abuse of Authority? If only we knew a published journo that could go deep under cover and carry out an investigative piece on this scally wag, as long as said scaly wag and journo were not one and the same, as that would really be a real abuse of authority. In that instance said admin/journo would be best placed to leave the site forthwith and become a Member of Parliament.
I think someone wanted the dodgy sunglasses and got beaten to them. Relax. They'd make you look like a dodgy Buggles 80's tribute act.
The Oakleys? Yeah I saw the glasses when there were no replies.....in the 3 hours from posting the thread and the first reply.....but I didnt want them. First come first served and all that....maybe you just need to spend some more time on the forum hitting refresh like me @Baldyboy
Chris far cooler and classier than those, reckon the boss will look like cal on his duke on the grid, looking cool surrounded by his adoring fans and brolly girls. Shortly before he bins it and starts moaning about how feckin awful dukes are.
Hardly an abuse if they've been up for sale on the forum for over 3 hours now is it? A pm is sent, a deal is done, the thread is closed, that's the way it works. First come first served, you should log on more, I don't see why being an admin means you cant buy something without someone having a winge! If you really want a pair of Oakleys, I've probably got an old pair kicking around if it means you can use them as a dummy ummy:
Guessing you haven't read all the thread nick? It was a piss take about taste and Matt buying oakleys and how quickly he closed the thread. So I haven't spat any dummy's out nor do I require any shades . Thanks for the thought though.
