  1. Howdo!

Wonder if anyone could help with some measurements I'm after (900ss).

Offset - Think this should be 30mm
    Trail
Length of forks (from the top stanchion to the centre of the axle).

    Thanks for any info Pablo

  2. Let me google that for you...

Rake and trail are non adjustable at 24 degrees and 100mm, steering angle is 28 degrees and the wheelbase is 1395mm. Front suspension is by fully adjustable upside down forks of 43mm diameter and the rear is by progressive linkage monoshock with full adjustment. Wheel travel is 120mm front and 136mm rear. Brakes are by Brembo, with 320mm rotors front and four-piston calipers with a single 245mm rear with twin pistons. Tyres are 120/70 front and 170/60 rear on three spoke, 17-inch alloy wheels. Overall dimensions are 2030mm length, 780mm width, 1110mm height, seat height 820mm, dry weight 188kg (92/96, front/rear), wet weight approximately 208kg.

  3. i would think the yoke offset is 36mm.......

  4. Yep done the google thing, which I think is for the I.E. After the 1991-97 carby.

I believe the I.E had a different steering angle which would alter the trail? Wheel base is also longer 1410-20??

After the measurements as the yokes I have are adjustable and trying to get to a stock setting to cure some handling issues.

    Cheers Pablo

  5. just measured spare yoke. 30mm is correct.

  6. Cheers Streetfighter, mines currently at 26mm. The yokes came with 3 sets of collars to adjust the settings, seeing if its worth adjusting them nearer to standard.

  7. Measured my trail at 116 mm. Longer trail more stability, slower steering???

Forks (848 I believe) 712 mm from top stanchion to axle centre.
