I got knocked off my Ducati Monster on the way home and this was part of the insurance claim. I'm still waiting for the claim to be finalised but they did eventually send me a replacement lid, however I had to buy one in the interim (So I got a Shoei X-Spirit 3). This has just been sat at work. I can contact Susie or Dean at MCA to see how it stands regarding warranty.
So it's the same as a medium arai and X-lite, I have an old arai and 803 and very similar in size. I used to wear a 58 beret and cap for work.
What size X-Spirit 3 did you get? (I've just bought one, not had it out of the box yet). How does the AGV compare to the Shoei for noise?
I got the medium, AGV is slightly louder (Not much) as it has slightly better ventilation. I brought both to be mainly used on track so more interested in ventilation and visor aperture, as I use ear plugs.
Will probably stick with the Shoei then as I'm too slow for trackdays so wouldn't really benefit. The AGV certainly looks the dogs and should find a new home quickly. Cheers.
