  1. So the akra end cans have "not for road use" stamped on the metal inlet part but the cans have removable baffles kindly lent to me by Pavey, cheers dude :D
Will i get away with an E1 bsau sticker over the stamped writing or should i try n grind it off first

  2. Sticker should be fine, testers are not allowed to remove anything from the bike.

  4. I have never needed to test this but my close mate is a tester and he assures me it is so.

  6. Took my 1098R for MoT with a full 70mm system fitted and the tester didn't seem to have an issue. Got a bit worried when I watched him start to get down and dirty and really getting interested but when he gave me my certificate he just said "awesome bike". Andy

  7. Do you have to have the baffles in for the MOT?

Also, if you accidentally drop the baffle bolt into the Akra exhaust they are magnetic. You can therefore hold a magnet outside and slide it up to the hole it fell into. I read somewhere that they weren't which got me worried!

  8. I have taken baffles with me before, not fitted and they passed it, that was my rsvr, .... not for road use has now been polished off lol :D
