  1. Hey all.

I ordered these from motocard in Spain. But unfortunately I did not read the sizing correctly and ordered the wrong size.
They are a EURO 44- US 11 - not sure of UK Equivalent as Alpine seem to have their own sizing structure. The boots are Black in colour and still in original box having been tried on and too small.
For shipping back and getting replacement it's going to cost me another £25. So offering them here for a little less with them posted.
    £75 posted signed for.

    Link to them are here.
    Alpinestars

Anyone interested please let me know.
I'm in Glasgow if anyone want to see them or pick them up.

  2. My son has vented Vans...alas it means he gets wet feet

  3. Yup. These were bought for a euro trip as a back up since they were small and light for packing. So yeh only really for the summer months( for the 2 weeks we actually get each year !!)

  4. They are £75 on Ebay + £7 postage (and hence with warranty) so you need to be sharpen with your price maybe.
I'll open the bidding with a cheeky £40

  5. Wish I'd looked at Ebay before ordering them then!!
But I'm still £7 cheaper than Ebay at present in that case.

  6. Send me the link Exige. Cheapest I can see them on eBay is £112 !!

  7. Yup same ones but as above post. Located on US. Have fun trying to dodge import tax and duty on that. The post office charge you £14 handling fee for sending you a letter !! Then got the duty on top.

    So mine are defo cheaper

  8. I bought some minecraft wall stickers from America for my sons birthday last Thursday. They arrived in uk on the 18th, I got them on the 24th, and that was avoiding the letter, keeping an eye on the tracking system and going into the local parcel force depot to pay the charges and collect the items. I paid £20 postage to the supplier, then £11 VAT and £13.50!!!! handling charge to parcel force. These will not cost you £78 from America

I have a very similar non vented suede alpinestars boots, they are really good boots, perfect with Kevlar jeans, and I can get away with wearing them all day at work on the odd day I take the bike in

  9. You bought what! :Wideyed:

  10. Big stickers for kids wall, minecraft is a computer game. :punch:

  11. I dodged your punch :) and bow to your knowledge of all things computer gamey, so long as you don't stoop so low as to enjoy this surreal existence - next is we will be communicating on some surreal tinternet on some kind of 'we sort of like and others wank over Ducati Forum' :Wideyed:
So nice to meet you Mr Tron...

  12. Just read that back, if it made sense to you, then job done, I'm confused myself

  13. I think your getting confused with World of Warcraft, which is the surreal existence culty sort of thing, minecraft is harmless kids fun, they mine for minerals, build kiln, smelt stuff, build things. It could almost be considered a bit educational.

I would be more concerned if he gets into the former :upyeah:

    Nice boots tho

  14. Nope, don't understand, get him in to bikes & girls in abundance and anything else very much in moderation and he'll be fine - that's what I do with my offspring even though they are both girls themselves, is that wrong? They don't listen to me anyway :)

  15. Getting your daughters into bikes and girls sounds wrong, but I agree that mine needs to be outside more. However he turned 11 last week and is suddenly interested in girls to the point ones coming round for the day today. There's hope yet, bikes not so much, I'm off to aberdare park, and he doesnt want to know

  16. Are they 44 or 44.5? US 11 is a UK 10, but 44 is actually a 9.5!
