Just wanted to take the time to write a post about the fantastic level of service provided by Jayne and the team over at Ducati Leeds recently. They have just done the annual service on my bike for £215 (including collection and delivery from 40 miles away) and nothing was too much trouble. Their winter service deal is amazingly good value for money and as I was at work when the bike was dropped off, the delivery driver helped my wife by putting it back on the stand in the garage. I know I'm banging on now but it's so rare you come away from anything these days feeling that you haven't been ripped off! Thanks again to all at Ducati Leeds.
Agree, we're all to quick to slate poor service and rarely praise the people / companies who go that extra mile. I'm therefore going to raise a glass to the team at DMC Stoke, Paul, Simon & Wayne, always very welcoming, sorted all my requirements and keep me up to speed with local ride outs and events, a nice place to pop in for a coffee
