Anyone else having problems with the Amazon Echo spot. The screen jumps like an old TV set.... I've had two replaced FOC (after a professional moan), now two more have failed. Amazon are saying.... "I'm writing to follow up on our chat conversation. I've received an update from the technical team regarding you replacements. Currently the "Echo spot" is unavailable at our website. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock. As a result, we're unable to process the replacements. In this case, I request you to return the devices back to us using the below return label," Full refund.... Sounds like a product recall shortly? I've heard others have been told to 'lump it..... only 12 months warranty".
If they have sold thousands of these its likely a common fault that many people are experiencing, I'd expect Amazon will sort it out.
The EU is your friend! "BBC News picked up on the issue, saying it has seen dozens of complaints, and pointing out that Amazon's response to some users outside the 12 month warranty - offering a 15% discount off a new one - is contrary to EU law, which says consumers must be given a minimum two-year guarantee." https://www.the-ambient.com/news/amazon-echo-spot-screen-flickering-fix-warranty-1924
