  1. Hi all just joined today and thought I should say hello.
Bought my s4rs about a month ago after falling in love with it,s looks and just let my heart rule my head.
I've now had 500 miles of grinning and the odd scary moment to get accustomed to riding her/it and looking forward to many more.
Great site by the way and I think it won't be long before I'll need to pick some technical brains on here, as I've just discovered a leak on the front Ohlins. I guess that's what happens when you let your heart rule your head and discover you've got high maintenance.

  2. Hello and welcome.

  3. Ow doo!

Pah! leaking fork seal? - storm in a tea cup lad

  4. Probably more of an expensive storm than owt that you,all get in,t tea cup lad!

  5. Ducati ownership is not all roses ;-)
    but ever changing
Grin factor makes up for it hello and welcome to the mad house
Plenty of knowledge here the locals will soon arrive

  6. Fork seals are fork seals Ducati,Honda, blah blah blah.

Buttons my friend and unless you use the ohlins items they'll last just as long, it's only metal, oil, rubber (fnarr) and air.

Mick Gardner Racing at Barnsley is pretty reasonable and does a decent job.

  7. Welcome - northern grit - what they put ont' roads in Halifex

  8. Just been looking at this old thread by spareparts
    http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f2/improving-ohlins-forks-2288/
Not sure if the KTech 25mm race piston kit (25SSRK) is available for my OHlins or if it would be a good idea to fit them to an S4RS, but I thought it might be worth improving them while the seals are being fixed??. Any advice comments, Cheers Tom

  9. Hello and welcome
