  1. Yo

I'm slowly buying the bits i need to improve and love my new 848 .

I need a paddock stand and I've done a search but there's not a definitive answer soooooo .....

Recommendations please , if I'm going to spend £70 on a pants eBay job I'd rather spend £140 on a pucka one .

    Sorry .
And ...... front sprocket , Ducati dealer or just a motorbike shop ?

    Thank you in advance

    Chris

  4. Harris do a great paddock stand for £70.

  5. And don't forget there the same as 748/916/996/998 ones.

  6. I use the abba super bike stand. £110 delivered from there website

  7. This ^^

  8. Thank you for the ideas , I've ordered one from Harris , it looks great but a bit costly at £221 delivered .

I ordered it before I went to work so didn't see the posts about the Abba stands ! Ho hum .

    Thank you

  9. £221 for a paddock stand seems a lot you had good advise and options within 30 minutes of asking, it only holds the rear of the bike up £70 job done surely :)

  10. Yeah I know , I was impatient, wanted it ordered before I left for work , its very shiny tho .

  11. I'd have shined a £70 one for you for £20 then posted you it for £12 :)

  12. Christ Harris have put there prices up then!

  13. I ordered one off ebay for £50 as it had a square wider frame, it's a warrior one. It is 'okay' but doesn't hold the bike rock solid (not sure if any do) and I wouldn't sit on it on the stand. I do have an Abba stand for more serious stuff, I think that's the answer for more substantial work.

  14. GTech are my stands of choice these days, but yes Harris are excellent as well.

  15. i have a gubellini rear and valter moto front

  16. I use two britvics...when I empty the bottles out

  17. Yes it was a bit steep but it's for ' Bella ' and it seems everything is dear but my god I'm in love so I don't care .

    Matching front soon .

( name Bella by my daughter so shut it )
