Anti glare stuff for visor

  1. Had a tentative ride on my rat bike tonight came back in the dark.
I am battling an eye cond at the moment and the backs of my eye are now damaged and inflamed badly.
Will go one way or the other in the next month.( Up at this time as I hurt)
The one thing I am having big issues with is glare and light.

Everything starbursts and near blinds me at night (sun in the day also kills me) .
I only ride or drive if my vision is ok.

I have a pair of big yellow glasses but they hurt me when wearing a lid.
is there anything I can bung on my visor thats good tried a spray and it was rubbish!
Sorry to ask such a trivial question but at the mo anything would help.

  2. I have night time myopia and can't see a thing I have glasses to rectify that but I didn't really ride at nite though my glasses are the flimsy type because it hurts the back of my ears so they fitted with my helmet ok.
I do feel for you it's a nightmare
    Sorry didn't help much I know 

  3. I've got one - goes from light to darker blue but would be cautious at night as I find it 'starbursts', even normal rear lights and I find it awkward to see anything properly.
Not bad in the day though.

  4. What about an amber pin lock?

    Pinlock Antifog Helmet Visor Inserts

If your yellow glasses help an amber pin lock might be an answer.

I`ve had visors from these guys before and they are spot on.

  5. +1 on Pinlock
I have clear and dark tint,
    Also fitted
FOG CITY SPEED TINT SMOKED MOTORCYCLE ARAI VISOR INSERT
Its great early morning and late when the sun is low when using the clear pinlock just dip your head and you can see again.
    £7.50 delivered from JS ebay

  6. Thanks for that maybe an Amber pinlock would help :)
it's starbursts that are effecting me badly.
