left ford about 15 years ago but always interested in any faults and solutions. is it a haldex issue perchance?
yup, Management warning came on for the AWD, Codes P186e and code P1889, Code readers saying differential oil filter leakage and oil pressure pump performance, Having a look on google and all I'm seen is that I need to replace both filter and the pump which aint cheap, Was looking for some solid info on whats best to do, Mechanic myself so will be doing work but don't want to be throwing money away if not needed, Also was wondering if I unplug the pump on rear diff is it ok to run the thing for now?? its a 2010 kuga
yip, cant offer much help i'm afraid. not done to much with these units. i suggest just giving it a go. it would be cool when sorted if you post the solution.
