My daughter is about to buy a flat with hot air central heating from a gas boiler which we would be looking to replace with a standard wet radiator system with a combi boiler. It's a two bed flat so five rads. Could someone give me a rough cost to fit the system and also if I was to plumb in all the rads and do the pipe work a rough cost to fit & commission a boiler. I've plumbed in a few systems before, but that before you had to be corgi registered to do the gas stuff, so should be able to do most of the labour intensive stuff myself. Cheers

Let me know if selling - although the rate my mum keeps changing her mind might not need one - old folks meh
It would be free but it's about 15 years old, used twice a day to get her indoors up and downstairs, lift installers wanted £450 to remove, just to undo a few bolts and screws, sense of humor failure.
