After looking around I decided to go for QD endcans for the 1098. They arrived but were not the 1098 type. Quality from first impressions looked way better than the Termis and all the hardware including new hangers and the bolts and washers too. Wasn't so keen on the all Italian only instructions When in contact with them they have been very helpful and quick to respond. Anyway I was wondering if anybody else was running them and what they thought. I'd also be interested to know if anybody has removed the db killers they come with. It looks like you need to take off the end caps to do it and was wondering if there are any tricks and traps. If nobody replies when the cans come I'll post some pictures and report on my findings good or bad. I don't mind making myself look a clown, if they aren't good because everybody's been there at one time or another (even the faultless ones).....................otherwise what's the point of a forum. John
