' Hi Everyone - Just Asking The Question ' Has Anyone Got Any Clothing From A Company Called HELD . . . . Only I Need To Replace My Leather Jacket Soon & Just Looking Around At Present , They Seem Alright Price Wise & Style . I'm Looking Around - £250 To £400 . . . . Any Idea's ? '
Lot of club racers use Held gear, no idea on the quality compared to say the big Italian brands but if club racers use it it must a) crash well b) be good value for money
Held are very good quality and reasonably priced, i know a few guys who swear by held titan and phantom gloves for racing
Held have a really good reputation. I believe some of their gloves were one of the highest rated race gloves a couple of years back,
Hi, yeah I've got Held Phantom Gloves& I'd Pitch them right up there with anything else on the market. Actually thinking of buying a Textile Suit from them for the winter as they get a really good revue.
I have 2 Held Slade suits and gloves. One for road and one for track. Outstanding quality and fit Davy
I'd be interested to know whether there's a good waterproof and warm (not necessarily for freezing conditions) glove recommended from the Held range. I am thoroughly disappointed with my Spada Enforcer gloves - Ride Recommended - cheap and waterprrof enough, but there's something wrong with the construction such that the finger liners get pulled-out and twisted making it incredibly difficult to get your hand back in again after stopping and taking them off for a while. I bought a small Held waterproof seat/roll pack recently. It hasn't had a lot of use so far but it is made of very tough material, looks properly waterproof and was less than £30 from Bykebitz.
