Hi all, Just wondering if anyone knew how to get into contact with Arata japan customer services? My full system blew its own end cap apart using the official baffle rippiing through the titanium end cap holes. I sent it back to the distributor for repairs but all they did was put in "special" rivets. Paid for the repackaging and repair and on 1st trackday afterwards and 1st session out, and bang, losing exhaust wadding and end cap in a worst way than before. Some manufacturers you can contact them direct so wondering if someone knows or can help on this? The original drilled holes on the end cap(left and right, up and down is ok) is no more than 0.5mm from the edge which has pulled through on the left. The right i feel will go any time now. Surely bad design or i just got a bad one no? so if anyone knows how i can get in contact with Arata japan, that is greatly appreciated.
