959 Are 959 And 1299 Mirrors Interchangeable?

  1. As the title explains, can I buy a new 1299 left mirror (they're a third of the price of 959 ones) and fit it in place of my broken 959 one?

    The other week I literally stumbled and ever so slightly knocked into my left Ducati mirror and the bloody thing just snapped off!! A bit gutted that it was so fragile. Here's hoping I don't have to buy a full-cost 959 OEM one :)

  3. When your at it, you should consider putting smaller ones on. Oem are donkey ears.

  4. You got off light, Dealer said he knocked a 1299 mirror putting it away.
    Broke the mirror, the front fairing and the magnesium front mount.
    Circa £600.
