Are Emoto Still Trading?

Discussion in 'Ducati General Discussion' started by Estranged, Apr 6, 2015.

  1. Found their site whilst going through google.
Just wondering if they're still trading as i'm sure I read they shut down. Or I might be thinking of another website.

  2. I tried ordering stuff recently and the website is non-responsive.

  3. Cos I said

    • Agree Agree x 1
  4. Why is on a need to know basis.
Just had another look at their site. Says that the site won't accept payment etc.
Shame 'cause they had some Acculign rear sets :(

  5. You're lucky they won't take payment. Many have paid and got zilch.

  6. I used them once............once. Think yourself lucky you can't place an order.

I'd rather pay a few more £ then take a chance with them.

  7. Concise and to the point. ..that's what I like to see.;).....looks like it's a good job I couldn't complete my order.

  8. I think this trader has had a few trade names in the past.None of them had a good rep.

  9. I made the mistake of ordering from them a few years ago. 8 months worth of my emails were ignored until I eventually supplied them with a case number after speaking to trading standards. Got a response from them within days saying my goods would arrive by the end of that week.

  10. Just another bulk order supplier from China company. I had problems with them in the past, but got my goods...in the end. It amazes me how many company's, esp, so called carbon fibre one's list their goods as if they manufactuer them theirselves. All carbon is from either OYA or KIY carbon in China.

  11. I have to say that I personally had excellent service from eMoto.
I bought £1000's worth of stuff over two or three years, always got next day delivery with a good discount.
The carbon I always got was not cheap Chinese stuff, it was top brands.

There were people that had loads of hassle with them though but not myself, luckily.
