Having a chat with the missus last night about all the horses masquerading as cattle and it occurred to me there probably been worse things sold openly and enjoyed (at the time) like the Vesta Curry circa 1976 and what's more its still available, seem to remember my folks thought it a real treat! well actually me Mum did, I can still hear the old man moaning about all the foreign muck for tea again..... They are talking kebab meat now . I've always wondered how long does it round and round for getting hot and cold .Insects getting stuck to it and cooked in being sneezed on and stuff What is it made of?? It looks like mystery meat to me.
The big spinning stick of meat, synonymous with every kebab shop, was actually bought to the market by an englishman. It always amused me that the entire UK kebab industry was at the mercy of a pasty brit!
