V4 Bars And Pads

  1. Still new to the V4S, but two things I want to do and wondered if anyone has tried?

    1. The bars are too wide and too close to me. Thinking of changing to PP bars? Easy mod from what I can see.
    2. The brakes are slightly wooden and thinking of putting PP pads in? No downside to this?

    Its two year service is coming up and the pads are low, so might just get it all done in one go.

  2. I changed my bars to PP bars and its better for it. Dealer did mine as i believe its not quite as straightforard as it looks to remove the switch gear.

  3. The brake pads in the PP will be the same as your current ones. You could try Brembo SR’s. Seems a common theme though. Andy

  4. I think the PP uses Panigale pads with better bite. Will probably go with them for now.
