Hello im CNX ! Anyone ever change the ball bearing at the rear wheel hub Ducati Diavel Black ? What is the right dimension and where I can get it ? Ducati only show the whole wheel hub at drawings and sell it only complete for a price around 600 pound which I think is a little overrated since it's only the bearing that is worn
Hi mate. Get in touch with Russ at ducati mondo in Halifax. He has changed the hub bearings on the 748/998 type bikes which also, aren’t available from ducati. He might be able to help you. Ian
The hub is the same on all the following... might not help you too much though 756.2.013.1A 2010 Ducati 1198r Corse Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2010 Ducati 1198s Corse Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200 Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200 ABS Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200s ABS Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Sport Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Touring Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2011 Ducati 1198 Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2011 Ducati 1198 SP Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200 Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200 ABS Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200 Touring Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2011 Ducati Streetfighter Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2011 Ducati Streetfighter S Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati 1199 Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati 1199s Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati 1199s Tricolore Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati Diavel Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati Diavel Carbon Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati Multastrada 1200 Touring Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati Multistrada 1200 Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Pikes Peak Hub Rear wheel axle 756.2.013.1A 2012 Ducati Streetfighter S Hub Rear wheel axle 75620131A 2013 Ducati 1199r HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2013 Ducati 1199s ABS HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2013 Ducati 1199s ABS Tricolore HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2013 Ducati Diavel HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Diavel Carbon HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Diavel Dark HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Diavel Strada HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200 ABS HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200s GT HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Pikes Peak HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Touring HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2013 Ducati Streetfighter S HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2014 Ducati 1199 HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2014 Ducati 1199r HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2014 Ducati 1199s HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2014 Ducati Diavel HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2014 Ducati Diavel Carbon HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2014 Ducati Monster 1200 HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2014 Ducati Monster 1200s HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2014 Ducati Multistrada 1200 HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2014 Ducati Multistrada 1200s GT HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2014 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Pikes Peak HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2014 Ducati Multistrada 1200s Touring HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2015 Ducati Diavel HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2015 Ducati Diavel Carbon HUB HUB - REAR WHEEL 75620131A 2015 Ducati Monster 1200 HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE 75620131A 2015 Ducati Monster 1200s HUB REAR WHEEL SPINDLE
Remove the bearing and take it to a bearing specialist, they will get you what you need, there should be a code on it somewhere, mebay Ducati fit them so that you can't read the code, then they rip you off for a very expensive "Ducati" part!
Knew it At least 200 £ cheaper than here in Thailand, anyway will keep trying to get the bearing ( will post it if I succes as it seems like being a common problem )
Not Ducati but First Gen MV F4's are famed for hub bearing failures. MV schedule a new hub at sometting luje 30,000 miles. needless to say bearing kits are available. i did mine at 18,000. The bearings in the MV are a common one and readily available so taking the beaings and the seals into a bearing supplier should sort you. Tips to reduce the risk of failure on the MV are to run the chain on tge slack side and do not tightenthe pinch bolts more than specified torque figure
Found this info: There is a roller bearing on the LHS, which could use a lube after - say - 30,000 miles. This bearing is readily available for not too much; its SKF number is RNA 4910.2RS. The other is a bit harder.. It is a double-row bearing, with one outer case and two inners. It appears to be a 'special', made to spec for Ducati. It cost me a lot - I forget exactly, but I seem to remember over $150. The tough part is that SKF will only supply them in batches of 25.. Its SKF part number is BAH-0175.

other Type of Ducati, same work http://canberrariders.org.au/index....reconstruction-replacing-eccentric-hub.58453/
I only had 25000 km at the clock when find out, think it's a combination of bad construction / seals and high pressure washing, anyway been dismounted cleaned ( as it was full of shit ) mounted, but have a very little veil in the bed ..... Done 2000 km after at curvy mountain roads, but not really happy before it changed ! Maybe if I had a spare bike the problem would be less ( smile )
thanks ! If it's the right size I don't mind to buy 25 as its a common problem and the wheel hub of of stock all over thailand
Hmmmm I just see now it's the needle roller bearing which I also can get here ! It's the other bearing which is single row
Ok did try the other number you send ....seem like I got into something, but mine is single row roller ring. download the app from SKF but still a little difficult, I did send them a mail
