Belly Pan

  1. Fitted a belly pan; it just looked a bit unfinished. I may paint it red at some point.

  2. That looks great! Where did you get it from?

  3. Yes, I saw that too. If I didn't have the CF mudguard already I may have chosen that one also.

I think it looks better in red but was concerned about the heat down there & thought the CF would stand up better then the fibreglass.

  4. I like that, it actually looks better in black IMO!

  5. I’d agree, and would be tempted to leave as is if it was on mine as it looks pretty smart in black.

He preferred red but the lower part of my fairing is black so I was going to go with the black.

  8. In case you have the akra you also have this option from Full Six

  10. Hi Simon.
I don't have the Termi; only the stock system. On mine, the Ilmberger looks to be shaped to closely follow the shape of the stock system; it has an even gap between the belly pan & the exhaust all around.
It's probably worth asking Ilmberger direct.

  11. I have found out that the Italo-Shop bellypan does fit with the Termi but you have to make two rear brackets.

  12. Fitted mine last night and you can use the original hanger on the left side although a black bracket would look better.
Need to make a bracket for the exhaust side but it’s quite solid without it.
I didn’t even paint it, just flatted it with scotchbrite pads then used cutting compound , t cut then polis.
It’s not perfect but with being low down looks good.

  13.
  14. Drain pipe didn’t affect fitting, I left things as they were originally.

  15. Cool, makes things easier.
Decals look great on against the red, nicely done

  16. Guys, I ordered this belly-pan from Artur at the Italo-shop and its utterly crap. The corner has arrived broken off and with chips down the side. And in general the mould clearly wasn't clean when they made the piece because there are lumps out of the fibreglass all over the place. Do not recommend. Going to be hours of work to fix it and I'm not sure I can fix the chip from the corner. I did order the unpainted one but I expected it to arrive in such a condition that it could be painted.

  17. Mine was from the same place and it’s ok, would be perfect if painted but I was happy enough just polishing it as it’s low down.
