Got chatting to a guy on an R1 who works for Bentley tonight up at the cat & fiddle he was saying as Bentley and Ducati are both owned by Audi that there's a Ducati roadshow being planned at the factory in Crewe, ride outs etc and Bentley employees are entitled to a 16% discount... Not a bad saving I thought
In 2003, Audi allowed a Bentley-badged car to win the 24 Heures du Mans, the car being closely based on the successful Audi race car. Perhaps they will repeat the exercise with a Bentley-badged Ducati. Of course, it could only be done in a class in which the Ducati was already highly competitive. So maybe not.
