He's sorted out a few recent problems in a timely manner, always with a cheery smile & 'no problem, leave it with me'. Everybody has their own opinions of dealerships, in my personal experience, Mark is one of the main reasons I continue to use Ducati Manchester. ( The workshop lads always let on too & Sergio always has time for a quick chat while he brings out the bikes in the morning)
