Felt the love yesterday out on a bike ride. Drivers definitely getting more agitated with cyclists these days. Fuggem....
Today I'm trying to get my work done so driving in a fairly big van, however pairs of cyclists are just ambling along chatting laughing holding everyone up not giving one ounce of consideration about anyone else, I find it utterly selfish...I slowed by one pair of fuckwits lowered my passenger side window and pointed out that people are still working, I also said a few other things hopefully as my phone number is on the van they might give me a ring so I can repeat everything.....and don't get me started on the turds that ride those bikes you nearly lay down on with stupid flags on them....the flag should say 'twat'
Believe it or not, at some point this year, we will have a summer and the temperatures will rise and the Sun will come out with clear blue skies, at which time, fecking cyclists come out of hibernation, crawl from under logs, out of hedges, feckers. And Summer is now ruined. I want to get home to enjoy a summers evening, in the sunshine, after a stressful day, looking forward to lighting the barbecue, nice glass of wine while my steak burns to a crisp, yeh I get pissed and forget, we all do. But, the point, these feckers hold me up, well not me, but, the point, I got to pass all these cars that are queued up behind feckers, and, I apparently give bikers a bad name, because I go to fast. Anyway, our roads are a shared space for everyone, be responsible, be respectful and above all, be safe and ffs, enjoy the journey.
