Bimota V-due

Discussion in 'Other Bikes' started by Robarano, Jul 24, 2015.

  1. I was looking into these after noticing that Guy Martin had one in his kitchen in a recent documentary.

There are currently a couple for sale. 500cc, V Twin, 2 stroke, Italian..........very exotic.

But after reading up on them, what a crock of s**t they seem to be :( Anybody got one?

  2. buy an rgv 250 and paint it
cheaper and you can have more fun with it
unless you are looking for an investment
if any body wants one in 20 years time
and you just want it in your living room
theory sounds great but reality is a let down

  3. There is someone out Hunstanton way who posts on here from time to time who has one and has posted pictures even - might be worth a search. For general Bimota fans there is a small article on owners in this months practical sports bike not really worth buying the mag for but have a look while are you in Smiths/Tesco wink wink

  9. He did ask :Sorry:

  10. Wow.

  11. They look like such an interesting bike. It's a shame they seem to be a problem waiting to happen.

  12. @steveknowles - I think he is an ex-member now, runs/did run the gin trap in Ringstead

  13. Didn't the problems get solved on the last carbed model?
