2012 and 30000 miles. I'm the second owner. I've had it about six or seven years. It's in good clean condition, but not pristine as it was a daily commuter, all weathers, until I bought an r1100r on here which had luggage and I used it for a while, and the 1200 is just too quick for what I want. It's navy with a white stripe. It has never been crashed, dropped or bumped into. It had the ESA fork, but it needed replacing and I was quoted £1800 for a new one, so I just put on a non ESA fork. It has a satnav port and satnav, but if using this it needs to be on a trickle charger so I've been thinking of disconnecting it as I never use it. It has strap on luggage bags it came with which I never used. It has a bit of chafing on the passenger handles from the previous owner using the bags. I had it serviced every year by Sam West the TT rider before lockdown, but I've barely ridden it since. I'll get it serviced by Malc up in bollington before any sale. It has an MOT as far as I can remember til December without advisories. Tyres are good. I'll also fit a new battery as whilst it still starts fine, it's a bit sluggish as I haven't left it on trickle over December and Christmas. Generally going for about £4500 or more on MCN and the like, I'd take £3500 from a forum member. I'm not a mechanic nor mechanically minded but it's been fine, other than a cold starting issue for which I fitted a new starter. I didn't keep a service record because it's just been a tool, but it was serviced every Christmas before covid struck, and once since. Any inspection welcome. Based in didsbury, Manchester. Oh, it was stolen off the drive once but has key coded immobilizer so I recovered it round the corner, but had to replace the lock and keys all key coded again £1000 :-(. I'm sure Malc of malcs motorbikes in bollington would vouch for it (he's brilliant) I'll be getting it serviced in the next week or two once time permits. Been fully winter coated though not used at all this winter. Can't think of anything else. Selling as I can't be bothered with two lots of servicing and mots and three cars. Oh, nearly forgot to say that the mirrors have some strange white degradation round the edges. Not sure why. Still fine for riding but not perfect.
