1260 Bolt Hole But No Bolt?

  1. Just having a good clean up in prep for a trip to Spain and just noticed a bolt hole an no bolt??
    2019 Multi 1260.
    Parallel to gear lever and just below sprocket?

    Is this correct?

  4. All the google images I’ve just looked at show that hole the same as yours.

  5. It’s likely the hole used to support engine in the bikes build-up process.
    There’s a good YouTube video showing a Mutley getting put together and the engine sits in/on a metal frame during the build.

  6. When I first saw it, I freaked out too. But a quick look on the other side confirmed, for me, that they were used for assembly and defunct after that:upyeah:
