Don’t buy it for any more than you sold it for as it’s now older, more miles and needs servicing. Welcome back. Please make sure your next reply is less tedious.
I'd love to sit down across a table from this person, look into their eyes and just ask wtf they didn't service it.
Is this in reply to my comment bud? If he didn't want to spend the money maintaining a model of motorcycle even when it's parked up then he shouldn't have bought it.
I don’t think it’s a lack of good intentions. He’s had a difficult time. In any regard, it is as pointless judging as it is speculating: it won’t change that its not been serviced.
@Dave is the man to say, having had his big servcie done just before the warranty and free servicing ran out. Remember Snells saying it’s a 50hr* Service tho, and the consumables being a bit more than oil and filters... *was a while ago!! Just googled and found an estimate of 24 and another of 35.
Yes. £5k in Labour with vat. Lots of internals *may* need changing too. @nelly I'm guessing services them so can give you real advice!
I stand by my previous crikey. Exemplary service as ever, B. Thank you. Any ideas on value then gang? I’m guessing he’s not going to want to wear 5k off for the service too.
Them clowns in Sheffield have one at 49 k so that will instantly be 5 to 10 k over it’s real price and it’s only got 6 k miles ish. Offer him 35 k. What’s the worst that can happen
I could not get the bike. Or, I could get punched in the face, then not get the bike. They both seem pretty bad, tbh.
Show him this one for £13k and offer him £15k - he should bite your hand off and feel he's got one over on you https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-M...414239?hash=item263023de1f:g:~eYAAOSwjyZd6Ppf
