I saw a thread recently with some photos of a brake disc repaint going on, looked good but I'm damned if I can find it now. Anyway it's inspired me to have a go as well. Question is what paint to get for the closest match? Is there a paint code for the original gold metallic?
I used Hammerite Smooth Gold. I'm not sure how it compares to the original colour. I've used it on my 851 discs as well. Looks right enough.
