Got 'screwed' in the back tyre by a builder again yesterday and as I knew I needed new ones anyway I headed down to FWR in Kennington (great guys and good prices). Got another pair of Pilot Road 3's (last set lasted 7,500 miles but were pretty squared off). The mechanic pointed out the front pads were very worn, one in particular, so despite some reservations I got them to fit a new set. They didn't have Ferodo ones in the right size so they offered Vesrah sintered pads (VD262JL). I was pretty dubious (never heard of them), but after 30 miles of bedding in I'm pleasantly surprised. Better than the originals IMHO and at a cost of £59 fitted I though that was damn reasonable. Apparently they are standard factory fit for many Japanese bikes.
surprised to see they are japanese company!! if they manufacture in japan then they might be quite good.
Vesrah produce a massive amount of oem stuff. From gaskets, oil filters, air filters, brake parts, fork seals etc etc. The list goes on. Excellent quality.
