was getting out of brands hatch yesterday after BSB and seen at least 2x pani's coming out. gotta admit , i was going to ride there on mine but shitted me self leaving it unattended for 9 hours or so. obviously was wrong!
2 S100RR were also stolen Talking to one of the guys at Bahnstormers who's bike was stolen. They found the bikes with a quite a few others in a lock up, They were following a suspect for other crimes and he led them to the lock up He had already started to strip the bikes down
Brands is heaving with pikeys, would only ever park inside never out. Donington comes a close second..
so i was right after all... after some cunt nicked my R1 during the day from secure car park i am a bit uneasy about leaving my bikes un-attended
I just read in this weeks mcn that some poor folks got their helmets stolen at brands too. Don' t think I will be going back there again.
Don't think this is confined to a Brands Hatch and Donnington. I know of stuff being stolen from most of the major tracks at one time or another since I'v. A friends performance car was taken from Silverstone during a show in front of loads of people and security.
