My Breitling Navitimer keeps perfect time one the bedside table, but loses when I wear it. Obv. needs a good service. Any recommendations for where/who? .........in advance.

I took my 1945 breitling into the shop on Old Bond St. Great service there. Its a bit posh, but I didn't hold that against them. They were very good.
