Bridgestone Out?

  1. Possibly a good thing. Let's get a tyre that works on all the bikes not just the Hondas.

  2. Surely the answer is to just let each team use whatever bloody tyre it wants. Better for tyre development across the board IMO

  3. Im with matt.
Things are just watered down year on year.
At the present time I think for the cost honda and yamaha has saved in engine performance because of restrictions....they have just paid it out the other end developing a lump that will last 4 or so races.

I do think the factory teams are being just too much hamstrung by the regs.

Having control bikes beating factory bikes proves it to me.

  4. It's supposed to be the pinnacle of motorcycle racing. Let market factors decide the limits on costs and let the free-for-all begin. No company is going to bankrupt itself to win a championship. These cost restrictions are a waste of time unless you physically limit total spending.
