Brilliant service in Plymouth!

  1. I bought a 2013 MTS Touring from GT in Plymouth in March and have done about 1000 miles.

    On the way to the Portsmouth ferry to Spain today, I noticed that I had a significant oil leak from the left hand fork. I phoned GT at around 1530 and spoke to Steve the Ducati mechanic and explained the situation. He arranged to stay late and I travelled to Plymouth tonight where he fitted another fork since no seals were readily available. I have rebooked the ferry for Sunday. We finished the job at 2300.

    I was able to watch the strip down which was really educational - he is very talented.

    Service of the highest order!!

  5. A gift of some sort would be well in order. Case of bespoke beer/wine? Don't scrimp. That's well above the call of duty.
