Bsb Rumours….

I'd love to see Danillo in BSB, also lets not forget the new UK MD of Ducati Fabrizio Cazzoli as an Italian would no doubt be enthusiastic about having him here, its the combo the factory loves most, italian bike, italian rider .... so may come with some support that maybe Tommy wouldn't.

 

But do MR want that level of support and therefore scruitiny.. for example they build their bikes, to their engine spec, they use the exhausts they want to use, not what they are told. They can try different forks etc.

It feels to me like MR actually have done better because they weren't stuck with a WSBK spec bike.

Danillo seems like a stretch to me.. It might happen but I'm not sure, that said if he can nearly win Moto America he will have a chance here, difference is if he stays in Moto America, he will probably earn 1 million dollars, if he comes to the UK he will probably earn £100K.... the money out there is still WAY stronger, hence why beaubier is going back there,.

 

Danillo would walk it imho. Plus we'd all lose our wives and girlfreinds to him.

 

Comparing Beaubier to Petrux is like comparing John Terry to Messi !!!!

Exactly, there was no comparison made at all, other than a reference to Moto america paying great money to riders still and therefore Cam going back there is likely to be the draw.

I agree, out of all the possible, Tommy to PBM seems to be the strongest actual rumour and yet I think it's the WORST possible scenario, he will spectacularly fall out with them by the end of the winter testing, without a doubt.

I think the only reason he wouldn't stay with MR is that MR have decided not to continue next year, which could be possible. It's a big commitment financially

 

I take it we’re still waiting on confirmation on skinner going to hoppers moto 2 team.
That will be great if it happens because there’s never seemed a realistic path into gps from bsb has there.
Maybe that’s what it’s been missing (and vision track will help too of course)

 

That would be great for Rory and hopefully we might see our national championship being more of a ‘feeder league’, longer term.
