Have you got one? Have you already embarked on one? What's on it? Are they realistic and will you achieve? My number one on my bucket list is to be taken up in a spitfire. It was my request for my 40th but no body seemed to be arsed in sorting it out for me. I have decided to try and sort it myself ;-)
Always a good idea. Sounds like an awesome thing to do as well Most, if not all of my bucket list is on my website and its pretty much all bike/car related. Highlights being going to Pikes Peak, Suzuka and riding my bike up the hill at Goodwood
done quite a few of mine including going 'off road' down to Cornwall & seeing the eclipse, going to the Olympics, riding to WDW, pillion ride round Brands, diving with whale sharks & manta rays I would however love to visit Middle Earth & do an African Safari on a bike
Your needed on this forum bud which means number 3 on your bucket list is achieved cause you already make a difference.
It would be a far better match, if you woke up with someone that wanted you rather than need you tho Phil. She's out there.....You'll find her when you least expect it or stop looking too.
You know what? I've pretty much done all the daft things I ever wanted to do, and been to lots of places I wanted to go. So there's nothing that really stands out presently. That sounds really sad doesnt it? But I have to say that I am pretty happy with my lot atm. I'd like to ride a bit more, and maybe do a few long rides around say Europe and the Americas. I could pretend I was Che Guavara in the Motorcycle Diaries
Tolkien supposedly based Middle Earth (or at least the Shire) on the Worcestershire and Malvern area where he grew up. So would a trip to Bromsgrove do?
Rivendell was supposedly based on Grindelwald in Switzerland. Tolkien did an Alpine mountain walk for a few days around there. Some bright spark has set up walks following in his footsteps, so you could do that.
My bucket list is long and very hard. It notably involves getting a book published and setting up a successful internet business. Sadly, it's not just stuff I can ignore but stuff I have to be getting on with. At least I crossed off swimming with manatees last year and driving a Mustang. Still need to dive with whales or whalesharks too, but I did manta rays quite some years ago. Always wanted to go on safari and see large animals in the wild.
