Can someone explain to me why it takes 10 hours to do a big service and 2 hours to replace a screen? Not being arsey or anything, just doesn’t seem very sensible/customer friendly. Never known another bike like it?
The bikes basically get taken to pieces to do the big service. The engine is a stressed member so the bike comes in half for that service. Big job! That's the price to pay for having a bike designed like that. And the screen is just a ball ache!!
