Bulk order Monster alloy tank ....

  1. Ok judging interest for now for a Monster alloy tank.
    Who would be interested?

With current exchange rate price would be max 800 delivered to London per unit.
Price is quoted based on order for one tank. If order is big enough I should be able to negotiate a discount.
He is happy to make some modification's to existing tank for example Road racing style V cut on sides. At the moment he has never made a monster tank as he mainly restores old cars/bikes
and makes tanks for custom bikes. I got a quote based on looking closely at 2001 S4 tank.

I will be ordering a tank for my monster first to use as live example, just need to try and source a 1993 steel tank for him to use as base (it will be cut in process so will be looking for damaged tank). If need must will send my tank as it has damage after off. Will also need to get some measurements off Road racing tank .....Maybe later he would be able to make a alloy 1098 tank? Did not ask for now but general impression was Ducati tanks do not look like the hardest tanks he had done. Also have a question. Can someone list which monster
tanks fit which model (with no modifications).

So for example are all carbed monster tanks the same? Is the tank of S4 and S4r the same or maybe S4 and S2R. Not asking about material but rather sizing.

  2. Lol...why dont you just ask Lucasz? I have a guy in London that will make you an alloy tank, cost will be around £500......

  3. Honestly David? All alloy tanks I seen were over a grand quite a fair bit. And that was for a tank only with no fuel cap and no extra modifications. For example here 1300GBP MOTO-WORKS.JP | Beater I had more info on that on site of old.

  4. another off!by now you must be a specialist in looking at tarmac from very close up,hope u r ok.

  5. tank shop does custom made tanks for around £500 last time I looked

scored a new alloy tank off fleabay for a featherbed project I'm acquiring parts for £320 a while ago

£800 is about £300 over priced

  6. There you go Lucasz...someone somewhere was trying to take you for a ride........if you want a tank talk to me......

  7. And tank shop will take about 3 years to do it
