Whats the best c spanner to adjust the chain? Mine isn't the best so time to invest in a better one, loosens no prob but tightening is an issue, also where can you buy the wee measure plate as mine is missing from the tool kit. Cheers, I eagerly await to spend more money...

Don't want to be a harbinger of spannering, but if tightening is an issue, is your hub in need of some cleaning? Should be easy to turn in both directions with whatever c spanner (in an ideal world)
The thought did cross my mind. Bike is 4 yrs old and the original owner only done 3600miles so have wondered if the hub will need looking at
