I was gifted a Tefal turbo cuisine and so far it's taken 2hrs and I still can't work out how to cook a gammon joint (stop laughing ) it has a screw inside the lid for the pressure limit valve cover and I can't figure out how tight it should be from instructions pg 5 pictures 13/15
Sorry, wouldn't know. Is it a pressure cooker? In the old days, the weighted valve thing just sat on top of the pressure outlet...
cover it oodles of ground pepper, seer it on all sides and though it into a casserole bowl. preheat an oven, then though the casserole bowl with said gammon into the hot bit. throw pressure cooker in bin.
Surely by traditional methods it would have been cooked by now? I sense it not so much a gift at this point.
