Hi all - so I know from being on here for a good few years there are some well-heeled individuals on this forum, and from that I am using my miraculous powers of deduction that some of you might be business owners/senior leaders with stacks of experience….? If you are, and would be interested (or can spare me a bit of your valuable time!!) in helping me out with a research piece I am conducting on Leadership style contrasts and cross-pollination in the Public/Private sector, I would be super appreciative!! As well as being on here too much, riding my Multi and working full time, I am also studying an Exec MBA at a very well known Russell Group University (employer funded fortunately), and for my research I need to interview at least 15 people, hence me asking yourselves for support - if you can do it, it will be a 1:1 interview with me (by Zoom/Teams/Phone), you will remain completely anonymous in the research (and I will send you a data ethics form in advance), and basically get an opportunity to tell me how exceptional a leader you are and why!!
