  1. Hi all,

so I purchased this from eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110917901789 - sold over 200..

But I can't get this to fit at all..

here is a pic of one used on Youtube upload_2022-6-1_18-31-47.png

if you look at my eBay link, the one I received has 5 teeth and 4 teeth, so i can't get it to fit at top dead center OR any other way for that matter. Has anybody else encountered this problem?

I've contacted the seller and waiting for a reply, but if I'm at fault here, please somebody guide me correctly.

    regards DQ

  3. What exactly is it for?

Holding the 'loaded' rear cylinder cam whilst fitting the belt requires something different (no teeth one end, 3 the other) and I can't see why you'd need it for removing the pulleys?

  4. Honestly, they're not even really required for changing belts.

  5. Thanks for the reply guys.

I changed the bearings on pulleys and fitted new belts. First time working on a motorcycle... EVER lol. But yeah i soon got the hang of it and the locking tool wasnt needed, but helpful none the less
