Hi all, so I purchased this from eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110917901789 - sold over 200.. But I can't get this to fit at all.. here is a pic of one used on Youtube if you look at my eBay link, the one I received has 5 teeth and 4 teeth, so i can't get it to fit at top dead center OR any other way for that matter. Has anybody else encountered this problem? I've contacted the seller and waiting for a reply, but if I'm at fault here, please somebody guide me correctly. regards DQ
** Update ** - Reply from ebay seller - Fair play to the seller. - Something new I have learned today.
What exactly is it for? Holding the 'loaded' rear cylinder cam whilst fitting the belt requires something different (no teeth one end, 3 the other) and I can't see why you'd need it for removing the pulleys?
Thanks for the reply guys. I changed the bearings on pulleys and fitted new belts. First time working on a motorcycle... EVER lol. But yeah i soon got the hang of it and the locking tool wasnt needed, but helpful none the less
