Hi I want to fit adjustable cam wheels to my desmoquatro engined project (20T). Can I fit 848 1098 wheels? I'm assuming they are adjustable, they look it with the three screws.
They're bigger and wider.... Different belts to desmoquattro. You can use the vernier pulleys off the later 900 2v engines.
Guess I can't swop out both top and bottom pulleys and use the later belt? 900 2v pulleys thin on the ground!
No, you don't have clearance for the bigger pulleys. Monster 620, 750 and 900 from around 2004 used them also iirc

Thanks nelly, I will have a look. Failing that I will make some. Can machine out the center of one and cam wheel of another and fit together. Like the vee 2 ones. I could bring this project down to you when it's done for a once over. I'm building a supermono replica. By the way I was brought up in Hucknall, not a million miles away from you. My Ducati background goes back to the late 70's went the the IMOC at the Ukrainian club for many years. I used to import bikes from Italy for a while. I'm Manchester based now though and doing stuff for fun.
