That's the question, seat, sides I'm pretty convinced they should but I'm unsure about the nosecone. When I look for 1299 fairings you don't find many so I'm sure they be a straight swap, but would be nice if the collective could confirm.
I dont know the answer but I'd be surprised if the nose cone and body mounting points are any different so they will probably fit?
Some answers here. Looks like the 1199 has slightly different frame stays Race Bodywork-Help for 1299 - Page 2 - Ducati 1299 Forum
All fits but for the top fairing, which would need you (Like me) to fit a 1199 road or race fairing/clock brkt.
Yo I've got both 1199 and 1299 and just removed both fairings for painting. The nose fairing mounts are different because of the mirror mounts. The sides and lower are the same.
Found a pic to show you As you can see the 1199 mounts run along the screen edge. The 1299 run outwards.
Could you put the 1199 mirrors on the 1299? Prefer the fact they fold back. Dealer told me he pushed one once perhaps to hard but it broke the mag bracket, nose cone flexed so that was fine.
I was thinking the same when I first saw the 1299 mirrors as I pretty much permanently have them folded forward in London traffic on the 1199. Same thing happens with the 1199 mirrors anyhow mind. I dropped the bank on a very slow hairpin in the Alps and luckily my luggage saved the bike from any other damage but the mirror snapped off at the bracket mounting point so I had to get a new nose bracket fitted in Bologna a few days later. Very annoying for such minor damage, but a handy excuse to visit Borgo Panigale
