Can Anyone Make One Of These?

  1. I have been trying to get a replacement one of these special screws a set of monster clip ons from Rizoma for ever but none seems to want to know.

    Anyone know anyone with access to a lathe make one if i send the dimensions?
    NB: in addition to what you see in the pic the threaded end is also drilled and tapped to accept a bolt

  2. If you dont get any joy on this forum have a look at some of the model engineering forums. There are a load of retired toolmakers etc with fantastic skills that will do tiny jobs that nobody else wants to. Its not easy to tap into the right person but it is possible with patience.

  4. What is it. How important is the accuracy of the angle and dimensions. What threads are neaded?
