Can Someone Explain Termignonis To Me?

  1. Hi all, after a 3 year break from bikes, I’ve jumped back in with an 848 Evo Corse SE 2012. It’s got Termis fitted and I’m eager to learn a bit more but can’t seem to find much.

From reading bits on here, people talk about slash cut, full system, oval and different remaps needed, but what’s the difference? Did the corse originally come with them or are they aftermarket? How can I tell if mine has been remapped correctly (if at all). I’ve got as far as working out they’re oval and not slash cut but that’s about it. Any help appreciated.

  2. What you need to know about Termis.

They were ok ish upto the 998. After that look for something else.

  4. The 848 evo corse didn’t come with Termis as standard. Yours will have been added later.

  5. My monster 796 has termis fitted with the correct ecu fitted. When you switch it on it scrolls across the dash and ends with a DP to signify ducati performance

  7. My only issue with the Termignoni brand is that they look fantastic but come at a crazy premium price,i'd to just replace a burnt out carbon sleeve for a whopping £175.

  8. I've just received the replacement sleeves with the matching rivets, looking on ebay for the exhaust wadding when in the mood..

  10. If the nike runs cleanly through the whole rev range on open throttle and the inside of the cans is black then it is most likely the fuel map has been amended to suit the Termis. If it staggers mid to high range and the cans are grey inside it's probably running lean (an so hasn't been re-mapped).
What helmets are better, AGV or Nolan? Shoei or Arai? On Panigales Akrapovics are the business. Termis OK on Testastrettas
