Carbon Dash Surround

  1. Hi, I have just bought a Bimota DB2 which has been fitted with late series 900SS/851 3 clock plus idiot lights instruments panel. I would love to get a '3d' carbon dash surround as fitted to the 900SS FE but cant see it in Ducati Performance parts and Yahoo and Ebay are just giving me a lot of 'flat' cut outs. Can anyone give me a steer on where I might track a '3d' item down?

  4. Thanks Alex but the one below from the website you ref isn't what I'm after.

    Below is the instrument set up I have but without the carbon cover. I think the cover was standard on the 900SS FE. My mate has one that he got from Kaemna in Germany but their source has dried up.
    Any ideas either Ducati or 3rd party??

  10. I have a polished aluminium one.......but its for a 750SS, so I don't think it will fit the 900SS dash.

  12. Easy enough to make one from a small sheeet of CF particularly if the foam surround is in relatively good shape.
